Breath-Centered Vinyasa Yoga Study & Teacher Training
- An Ashtanga-Inspired Approach -
Deepen your study of yoga as a living practice. Step onto the path of self-inquiry and transformation. Whether you feel called to teach or simply to learn, this breath-centered approach invites you to embody yoga from the inside out.
Join our next Vinyasa Yoga Study and Teacher Training in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, beginning January 2026 at The Breathing Space.
Grounded in the structure and intelligence of Ashtanga Yoga, this modular and immersive program explores how the same breath-centered principles can inform both personal practice and the teaching of vinyasa. Through study, reflection, and hands-on experience, you’ll learn to build and guide classes that embody clarity, continuity, and care. Whether your intention is to teach or to deepen your understanding of yoga, you’ll develop the foundational skills of a thoughtful practitioner and guide — integrating anatomy, philosophy, sequencing, and real-world experience through mentorship and apprenticeship.
