Breath-Centered Beginner Yoga – Practice 3

This 20-minute sequence offers a grounding, breath-led flow to support flexibility, balance, and nervous system regulation—all in a short, steady format.

We begin with breath awareness and Ujjayi breath to settle the mind and focus the body. From there, you’ll move through modified Sun Salutations, dynamic lunges and hamstring stretches, a standing twist, and a simple balance pose. The practice winds down with a supine hip opener, gentle spinal twist, and quiet savasana.
