Breath-Centered Beginner Yoga - Practice 2
This 30-minute class offers a steady, breath-led sequence to support strength, mobility, and nervous system balance—one breath at a time.
We begin seated with a breath awareness practice to help deepen focus and rhythm. From there, you’ll move through modified Sun Salutations, grounding standing postures, and finish with seated stretches, a gentle backbend, and a restful savasana.
