Breath-Centered Beginners Yoga - Practice 4

This 40-minute class offers a grounding and nourishing sequence focused on breath awareness, gentle mobility, and building strength through simplicity.

The practice begins with seated mindfulness and Ujjayi breath to center the mind and body. From there, you’ll move through breath-linked transitions into modified Sun Salutations, followed by stabilizing and strengthening standing postures. The class winds down with a seated forward fold, gentle spinal twists, a supine hip stretch, and a restorative savasana.
