In the heart of de Baarsjes at The Breathing Space we offer Ashtanga, Mysore and classical Vinyasa yoga classes in a warm and welcoming environment. Our teaching style is down-to-earth and our classes nurture the growth of the complete beginner to the established practitioner. We also offer retreats, in-depth study, and workshops.
Most of our fundamental attitudes towards life and towards ourselves have their physical counterparts in our bodies. By developing a deeper connection to our body and breath we strengthen our relationship with both ourselves and the world around us. The practice of yoga is deeply healing and is a path back to yourself.
