As we move into the cooler months of the year, it’s natural to feel the desire to slow down. This Conscious Rest workshop offers an afternoon of deep Restorative Yoga and will help you to build a home practice. Defined as ‘the use of props to support the body in positions of ease and comfort, to facilitate relaxation and health’, Restorative is the perfect complement to an active yoga practice, and is often the primary practice on moon days and rest days. You will learn about the therapeutic benefits of posture groups and come away with an adaptable sequence for self-practice.
