A 5-days of Mysore practice and 3 early evening workshops exploring integration of your practice for mental wellbeing, understanding reactivity and triggers and how meditation can help to heal emotional and mental wounds, and understanding concentration, meditation and Samadhi.

Evening workshop 6:00-8:00 pm
Introduction: How to integrate your practice to establish, cultivate and maintain your mental well-being.

Day 2
Tuesday, 9 July

Day 3
Wednesday, 10 July
Morning mysore Session (times tbd, group may be split into multiple sessions)
Evening workshop 6:00-8:00 pm
Meditation talk and practice: Learn how the 8 limbs of ashtanga yoga work together to help establish and enhance calm mental states. Understanding reactivity and triggers and how to heal emotional and mental wounds through meditation practice.

Day 4
Thursday, 11 July
Morning mysore Session (times tbd, group may be split into multiple sessions)
Evening workshop 6:00-8:00 pm
Understanding Concentration, Meditation and Samadhi and how to practice these methods 24 hours a day to heal mental wounds and sustain mental health.

Day 5
Friday, 12 July

About Gretchen
Gretchen has the rare combination of being an experienced  Authorized Ashtanga teacher and licensed psychotherapist. She received Authorization to teach this method by Guruji and Sharath back  in 2004.  Gretchen has been teaching yoga for over 15 years and has dedicated her life to helping people develop positive coping skills, increase self awareness and overall well-being. She  offers  a unique blend of eastern and western therapeutic techniques to help clients heal, transform and live a meaningful life.
